Directions: Brew well to be well. For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and allow brewing for 10-15 minutes. Add calamansi or lemon if desired.
It is best to take one tea bag in the morning and one in the evening.
